Sorting & Packaging Process

All clothing items are carefully sorted by category (such as pants, T-shirts, jackets) and by target demographic (men, women, youth, and children). This ensures consistency, quality, and accurate order fulfillment.

Once sorted, the clothing is packed according to the customer’s preferences, either in plastic bags or compressed bales.

Bale weights can be customized to meet the regulations and requirements of the importing country, with standard options including:

• 45 kg

• 55 kg

• 60 kg

• 80 kg

Container Loading Capacity

To help our clients plan logistics efficiently, below is an overview of typical container loading capacities:

20-Foot Container (20’F)

• ≈ 268 bales × 45 kg → 12,060 kg total

• ≈ 230 bales × 55 kg → 12,650 kg total

40-Foot High Cube Container (40’ HC)

• ≈ 635 bales × 45 kg → 28,575 kg total

• ≈ 520 bales × 55 kg → 28,600 kg total
